Skywalk Tower is an enclosed aerial walkway by Wonders Nepal group with the slogan “sky is no more higher”  will open for public on coming Friday in Kamaladi, Kathmandu of Bagmati Province Nepal.

The skywalk tower of Kathmandu with a height of 78 metres is one of the tallest infrastructures of the country. This is the first skywalk project of Nepal as well as the whole South Asia as claimed by company. Being one of the unique projects of the country as well as the whole south asia, the main objective of this project is to attract both domestic and international tourists . This tower will also have an area allocated for restaurants, Shopping centres and a garden on the last floor.

The Skywalk Tower contains both stairs and lift facility for climbing the tower and getting down the tower. You can use both the facilities according to your preference. Since it is one of the unique projects, it has great potential to attract tourists so this tower has a place to establish lavish restaurants, shopping centres, Gym, yogas ,etc. This tower contains a beautiful garden on its ground floor. This tower will also have a well managed parking where 70 cars and 300 Motorbikes can be parked at once.

The skywalk tower will offer the visitors a bird’s eye view of Kathmandu city from a glass floor on the top of the tower. This tower can hold around 500 people at once in its skywalk area. There will be a walking space of 2000 square feet surrounded by a 6ft tall glass fence.

The Skywalk project was started in 2077 Bs.This project was aimed to be completed within 2 years but due to covid the first phase of construction was disturbed. Now the construction finished and will come to operate .

Although the tower is made up of metals and glass, there is no risk to climb the tower. All the safety measures are followed during its construction and the tower is made according to the building act declared by the Government.

Kathmandu valley with so many wonderful places to visit is now added with this unique tower. You can have an amazing view of the whole valley from the top of this tower. Places like Ghantaghar, Rani Pokhari and Dharahara will be worth watching from the top of this skywalk tower and you will have an incredible experience of walking in the sky.
